How to follow your delivery

1. Find your confirmation. Check the email address or phone number you used at checkout for your order confirmation. Your order number is shown there. Check spam or junk if you don’t see the email.

2. Open your order-status link. Use the link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation. You can also sign in to your customer account to view your orders.

3. View tracking. Once your order ships and a tracking number has been added, open your order-status page to see shipment details. Your shipping email may also include a direct carrier tracking link.

4. Verify if prompted. If Shopify asks you to confirm your identity, use the order number from your confirmation and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
